We pledge to

Describe accurately the amenities and services provided.

Ensure proper standards of customer care, courtesy and cleanliness are maintained at all times

Deal promptly and courteously with all enquiries, requests and complaints. Provide proper insurance cover, and comply with all relevant legislation and regulations.

Remember all Isle of Mull Self Catering properties have received a 4 star excellent award for Self Catering from Visit Scotland the Scottish Tourist board

Booking Conditions.

We will "pencil in" any interest in any week into our booking diary for a client however a 50 % deposit is required to confirm booking.

Balance of let due 30 days before the start of the let.

Cancelled bookings forfeit deposit and balance, any moneys returned are at the discretion of isle of mull self catering depending on how successful we are at re-letting the cancelled week
