Locally in Tobermory there are many things to occupy the visitor including walks along the path from near the Lifeboat Station to the lighthouse.  Aros Park is also worth a visit and can be accessed on foot from the main car park or by car by driving out of Tobermory towards Salen a short distance to the entrance which is just past Baliscate on the left-hand side of the road.  The Baliscate complex houses two potteries and KTF jigsaws.
